Providing the human touch
Our operators are available 24/7 to take reservations for your seminars. We answer with your personalized answer phrase. We ask for the name, address and phone number of the original responder and for the name and phone number of any guests. Additional requests, such as meal choices, may be incorporated into your script.

Automatic tally of reservations
You have the option of limiting the number of attendees for each seminar. Our system will automatically tally the reservations and alert our operators when a particular date/time has become full. Our operators will offer your caller to be placed on a wait list (if you requested a wait list) and an alternate seminar date if applicable.


Attendee's roster
As soon as the stop time for taking reservations for any seminar has passed, the program will automatically email you a roster of names and phone numbers of scheduled attendees. Many clients use this roster as a check-in sheet at their seminars.


Daily reports
You will receive a daily recap report of the prior 24 hours activity each day via email.


Responder messages
Often times a prospect will request additional information from your office prior to making a reservation. We are prepared to take their name and phone number and instantly email you so you may respond.


Confirmation calls
We will be happy to call your scheduled attendees two to three days prior to your seminar date. We have found that a gentle reminder call usually results in better attendance.


Website
We give every seminar client their own website, allowing them to manage their own account on line.


After business hours support
Should you require help after normal business hours, our support staff is always available to you.
